I've been a regular client since at least 5 years. Service Center is very systematic, they paste a sticker on the bike mentioning the kms at which the service is done and also the kms at which next service has to be done so that it reminds us to give the bike for next service on time. Owner checks each and every bike before servicing to note down the problems as well as after servicing i.e before handing over the bike to the bike owner which is a good practice. They work on Sundays as well for half day. Service price is reasonable.

With family we went tarnaka Big Bazar / Smart bazar and clutch wire broken. It was Sunday evening around 8 pm. We reached Sadiq via Google ad he responded properly. He came and pushed bike to his shop and repaired. He charged a nominal 300 for the service, which is very less in that situation.

Great service experience. The mechanic clearly explained the issue with my vehicle, identified the exact problem, and provided the right solution. The work was completed on time, all concerns were addressed, and the pricing was fair. Overall, very satisfied with the service.
